If you or a loved one is facing the difficult decisions surrounding terminal illness, VNHC can help.  Hospice is a philosophy of care for the end stage of life, focusing on the patient’s comfort.  We provide pain and symptom management, and emotional support to both patients and families.  Hospice care can be provided at home, in our Hospice Residence, or in a skilled nursing facility or hospital.  Click here to find out more.
